1. How far in advance should I place my order?

All orders require at least 2 weeks' notice to ensure availability. Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on my schedule but will incur a $20 rush fee (waived for first-time customers).

2. Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before pickup or delivery. If payment is not received on time, your order may be canceled.

3. What types of cakes do you make?

I specialize in buttercream cakes with fondant accents. Occasionally, I offer fully covered fondant cakes or sheet cakes, but I do not make character cakes. I love creating unique designs inspired by your theme!

4. Can I send you an inspiration photo of a cake I like?

Absolutely! Inspiration photos help me understand your vision, but I do not replicate another artist’s work exactly. I’ll use your inspiration to create a custom cake that’s uniquely yours!

5. Do you offer delivery?

Yes! Delivery is available for an additional fee, based on location. Pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.

6. What is your cancellation/refund policy?

All retainers are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. If the cancellation is within 72 hours of pickup/delivery, no refunds will be issued

7. What is the difference between tiers & layers?

I’m so glad you asked!

Tiered cakes consist of multiple cakes stacked on top of each other. for example, my 2-tier cakes consist of a 6” cake stacked on a 8” cake. 3-tier consist of 6”, 8” & 10” cake.

Cake layers make up each single cake. for example, all of my 6” & 8”" cakes consist of 3 cake layers.

8. Can i pick up my tiered cake?

While i don’t suggest it, i cant stop you from picking up your own wedding cake.

but do you really want that extra stress? including delivery & set-up ensures your cake is transported & set-up safely, leaving you with one less thing to worry about!

that being said, cakes over 2-tiers require delivery because the top tier is transported separately & assembled on site.

9. DO YOU PROVIDE CAKE AND/OR CUPCAKE STANDS?

I do not provide cake stands for rental. I will suggest stand sizes based on your cake size & cupcake quantity.
